VSHOOTER - Vibration Analysis Camera

The VSHOOTER is a comprehensive diagnostic tool a vibrometer that allows to know and to easily track the status of the more common rotating machines such as fans, pumps, screw compressors etc …
The VSHOOTER camera presents the machine state on a picture: the vibration analysis (acceleration, speed, amplitude and frequency), the color representation of points of high vibrations with position of the measuring transducer, the temperature (thermography) and the speed.

On every MCP appear the measuring points locations. The points appear in green, yellow, orange or red according to the classification of ISO 10816:
- GREEN: no damage, as new machine
- YELLOW: Still no serious damage, but it should be measured again in the near future.
- ORANGE: A maintenance should be carried out as soon as possible.
- RED: Significant damage, maintenance must be carried out immediately.

All results are clearly shown on an MCP (Machine Condition Picture) (MCP) protocol. It consists of the stored color photo, the measuring positions and the diagnosis result with temperatures and the speed.
Every MCP,  condition picture, with all the vibration measurements related to can be stored in the memory of the VSHOOTER. Up to 1000 MCP can be stored and uploaded to a PC by mean of the USB cable supplied.
For measurements values within zone orange and red the VSHOOTER VBS1T automatically performs a self diagnosis and the FFT of the Velocity and the Acceleration. On the FFT screens the user is directed automatically to one of the 5 most common defects: unbalance, bearing shock and lubrication, alignment, foundation.
